This program is set up, in collaboration with some major knowledge institutions such as Kasetsart University Bangkok, Wageningen Seed Centre, Davis University California and Aarhus University Denmark. Information:
Seed Captains Program

It is an in-depth and intensive training course, a very rigorous foundational training in the different aspects related to seed, seed quality and seed technology.
The program consists of 10 topics, each topic will be discussed during a module that will take five days. Each topic will be supported by top professionals and will consist of a theoretical part (with lectures) and a practical part (with demonstrations, discussions and hands-on practicums).

Course materials and practical studies will be addressed and handouts of the lectures will be available. The participants will get all information, training and background to setup practical test systems in their own environment.

The course is developed for employees of seed companies, seed technology companies, who are involved in seed production and seed treatments. The minimum requirement for education is a BSc. degree in a related science such as Agronomy, Horticulture or Biology.

The value of these trainings is very high in Asia, but also for European seed companies, because scientific knowledge is combined with practical applications in seed technologies.
